I'm Hayes, and I love animals. I started Hayes's Happy Friends to make yummy, healthy treats for my dogs and cat. All my treats are made with organic ingredients and lots of love.

Our Mission:

At Hayes's Happy Friends, we believe every pet deserves to be happy and healthy. That's why we use only the best organic ingredients in our handmade treats. And, because we want to help other animals, a portion of each sale goes to the Durham Animal Protection Society where we adopted our amazing cat, Monkey!

What's Inside Our Treats?

We believe in using only the best ingredients for our furry friends. That's why we use organic ingredients in all our treats

- How many treats in a bag: We want your pet to have plenty to enjoy. Each of our treat bags is filled with 25-30 treats.
- Treat Size: Our treats are approximately 1”x1”, and are heart, bunny, and fish shaped.
- Storage Instructions: Our treats are shelf stable up to two weeks, can be kept in the fridge for 3 weeks, and can be frozen for months.
- All treat making happens under Parental Supervision: We love baking with mom and dad.
- Allergen Information: These treats have peanut butter and are made my home kitchen that also processes nuts.
- Legal Disclaimer: We have asked our vet to be sure our ingredients are pet safe - and got the thumbs up.

Weekend Treat Stop: Catch us and our yummy treats after school or at our weekend stand located in East Durham. We'd love to see you and your happy pups (and maybe even a curious cat!). Contact us to be sure we are in stock!
Biscut and Brews Artisan Market Fun!: Come visit Hayes's Happy Friends at The Artisan Market on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM! We'll be at 305 E Chapel Hill St in Durham, NC with a delightful selection of our organic goodies. We can't wait to see you there!
